Earle Albee (died February 10, 1963) is a politician and owner of an American restaurant from Maine. Albee, a Republican from Portland, served in Maine House of Representatives from 1949 to 1954 and in Maine Senate from 1955 to 1956. During his tenure, Albee was a Maine supporter adopting a sales tax. He was sentenced in May 1957 for accepting money on the pretext of having a drunk driving charge dismissed. In May 1958, Albee's request for clemency was rejected by Governor Edmund Muskie and the Executive Board. He died on February 10, 1963.
