Adoption Board 2.0 is a group of freely merged corporate lead associates that focuses on adoption and use of Enterprise 2.0 collaboration tools. The stated goal of the organization is " to gain practical insight into innovative business practices using 2.0 tools, processes and strategies for cost efficiency in tough economic times, as well as enhancing agility for competitive advantage ." The group was founded in 2009 by industry analyst Susan Scrupski. The Board started as an independent entity and was acquired in 2010 by consulting firm Dachis Group 2.0.

Industrial Impact
The Board produces original research in the form of white paper and regular surveys of its members. This research is used by industry analysts to identify and interpret technological trends. Some influential members of the Council have taken up professional positions in corporate collaboration vendors (ex: Yammer, Moxie), which requires their departure from the Board due to the ongoing "no vendor" policy.
This board is unique in its position as a no-cost peer group focused on Enterprise 2.0. In recent years, board members have been deeply involved in the Enterprise 2.0 Conference series, leading workshops and panel discussions on corporate collaboration and other topics of interest to practitioners. The Board has publicly presented this year's Annual Evangelist award annually to a member nominated by a co-worker.
